VeganMoFo Day 2
Well, I’m sort of cheating here because it’s still Day 1, but I will be away from the computer for most of the day tomorrow so I am writing it up ahead of time.
The other day I made delicious “loaf” but in chicken patty form.
We also had some yellow crookneck squash, zucchini and sweet potatoes from our box scheme so I cooked up the squashes and mashed the sweet potato with some Earth Balance.
Nummy.
